I can't make my class. How do I reschedule?

Rescheduling is easy! Call ‪(909) 766-1001‬ or email us at lauren@thecpr-pros.com and we will be able to assist with getting your course rescheduled. Keep in mind our rescheduling policy.

I took a class but haven't received my card. Who do I contact?

No problem! Check your spam folder for an email from Atlas.AHA.org within 24 hours from your course. If you still haven't received your card, call (909) 766-1001 or email lauren@thecpr-pros.com.

I took a class in the past but can't find or receive my card. Can I have it reissued?

Yes. We can offer you a one-time re-issuance card for a small fee of $5.

Is ACLS the right class for me?

Advanced Cardiac Life Support is primarily for healthcare workers and first responders who will be working with individuals requiring advanced resuscitation. If you're looking for a basic CPR training, check out our Basic Life Support course or HeartSaver classes.

How long is my class?

The length of the class depends on the class you are taking. Visit each course under "Find a Course" and the start and end times will be listed for you.

Can I get more than one certification in one day?

ACLS and PALS Initials – No, the class is listed as 10 hours from 8am-6pm so these classes will need to be completed on two different days.
BLS renewal with ACLS and PALS – You can renew your BLS on the same day as your ACLS and PALS class for an additional $50. Just let us know when scheduling your ACLS or PALS class and we will be happy to add-on this certification the day of your class.

I want to sign up but it says the class is full. Can I show up anyway?

Once the class is full, we are unable to add any additional students based on the AHA instructor to student ratios. You can show up at the time of the class to see if there are any last minute cancellations but you will not have a guaranteed seat if everyone registered does show for the class. Our website is fully up to date so you can also monitor the website to see if a spot becomes available.

Are there group discounts?

Yes! Whether you're renewing your office staff, prefer to take a course as a group, or have a large number of individuals needing certifications, we are happy to offer a group discount when booked with 6 or more people. Simply fill out our form under "Group Pricing" from the main menu and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
